GLOBAL G.A.P. is the internationally recognized standard for agricultural production. Our core product is the result of years of extensive research and collaboration with industry experts, producers and retailers around the world. Our goal is a safe and sustainable production.
The GOBAL G.A.P. Certification covers:
- Food safety and traceability
- Environment (including biodiversity)
- Workers health, safety and wellness
- Animal welfare
- This certificate includes Integrated Crop Management (ICM), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
This norm fosters production efficiency and business performance. Furthermore it sets standards to minimise unnecessary waste.
Carbon capture
We are currently analising whether our irrigated highly-productive systems have positive balance carbon sinks. So far results are promising, our irrigated lots have more than 2 crops per year with a high frequency of grasses, such as corn and wheat.
Since these crops are highly productive crops, they capture large amounts of CO2.
